How can I join Mechatronics course in Germany after completing final year engineering in Mechanical?

HI., I'm Baskar pursuing BE-Mechatronics.(final sem), and i have updated CGPA-7.69% can i get some idea for to study in abroad.,about MS in Mechatronics., not only in germany,and in other best countries
