i am in 12 commerce stream n i want to do c.a after 12 how can i prepare for it with my 12th i havent opted for maths with commerce.........its commerce with computer that i hav opted for.....ashima singh, lucknow

You can do CA even if you have not opted maths subject. Only a basic level understanding of this subject is essential so as to do this course. You can do CPT exam after 12th class. You should focus on subjects like accounting, quantitative aptitude, mercantile laws, general economics etc. Lot of practice is necessary in order to qualify this exam. Get model question papers and practice on that basis.

Mate, you can easily prepare for CA if you have cleared the basic fundamentals of commerce in 10 1 and 10 2. In enterance exam i.e. CPT, you will have 4 subjects Accounts, economics, statistics, law and little bit of maths. But you need not to worry about maths. It can be avoided in the enterance and you can score from the rest. After the entrance, there will be no mathematics furthur. So, do not take any burden of maths. It will be hardly of 20-25 marks out of 200. So, prepare yourself according to it.
