Hello Sir, I got less marks in B.Com honors 2nd year exam and University me to General. Is there any hope that I can regain honor anyway and complete my degree course with honors.

You can get Honors in Bachelor of commerce if you manage to score exceptionally well in third year of bachelor's degree.

As you said that you got less marks in second year of bachelor's degree in commerce, only way to compensate is that you must score better marks in third year of course so that you can get percentage of marks equivalent to honors.
