How can I take admission in Pharmacy after completing SYBSc in micro-chem from Mumbai University


I have completed my s.y.bsc in micro-chem from mumbai university,now i want to take admission in pharmacy.
Pls tell me am i eligible to take direct admission in pharmacy 2nd or 3rd year.
If yes then pls suggest college in maharashtra.
