How to change my college while pursuing BBA from IP university?


I am pursuing BBA from IP univ and i am second year in JIMS, VK
and i want to change my college.. How can that be done??

i want to change my college in ip university so what is the process to change my college and i have got 926 rank so can i get seat in any college , and also i have got my college but i want to change it , so any advise how to change or migrate from one college to another , in ip university , plz reply fast plz
