JRF and CSIR exams are difficult to crack.So you need to prepare really well for the same.Many good coaching institutes are available for the same.You have better chances of clearing the examination if you join one of them.Also there are many good books available which you can use for your self-study.
You can get the previous question papers from the UGC website.Try to solve these papers.

what would be the expected jrf cutoff for csir june 2013 ?
