Re: Are UGC and CSIR NET two different exams?
There are two NET exams which are given below:
1. UGC NET: This exam is mainly conducted for core subjects like English, Hindi, Geography, Zoology, Botany, Commerce, Economics and many more. 2. CSIR NET: This exam is mainly conducted for Science and Technology subjects like Engineering Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Physical Sciences and Life Sciences. Hence, you can apply according to your qualification. If you have any Engineering degree then apply for CSIR NET. If you have a normal B.Sc degree then apply for UGC NET. Both are different exams but you will get the same benefits after qualifying. Syllabus is different according to the kind of subject. |
