How to do B.Ed through correspondence? Which centers are offering B.Ed correspondence?


I have completed BBA on 2006 and now i would like to do B.Ed as correspondence. So pls let me know which are the centres offering B.Ed correspondence.

Bachelor of Education (b.ed ) is 1/2 yearS post graduate course on education and teaching .

After doing B.ed course candidates become eligible to teach in private or govt schools.

There are many universities in India which offer B.ed course to students who are interested in teaching.

Minimum Eligibility for B.ed

Graduation from recognized board in any discipline or equivalent course .

Marks in graduation could vary as different university could demands different minimum marks.

There are two modes to do B.ed
  • Regular
  • Distance learning
For Regular B.ed minimum qualification is graduation but for correspondence course minimum qualification

is graduation from recognized university plus 2 years teaching experience in a school recognized by Govt.

So, you are eligible for regular B.ed only.

Universities Conduct their entrance examination for admission in B.ed course.

you can fill the form of B.ed of your state university and all the other central universities which offer B.ed course.

B.Ed entrance exam conducted consist questions on English , General Awareness , Teaching Aptitude and Reasoning.

There will be objective type question in exam.

Even Correspondence universities which offer B.ed conduct entrance examination.
