A Doctoral Program in Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati is a Good Choice but I'm Sorry to find that IITG presently doesn't offer a doctoral in Management Studies. You can check it out here (iitg.ac.in/acad/acad_programme.php)

So, The Doctoral Programmes the Institute currently offers in are Given Below. Have a look:

The DoMS (Department of Management Studies) IITm often gets Scholar from other Countries and they end up Spending a Semester or two working with the Faculty.
