i have completed m.com with 50% marks..... now i want to do m.phil.. am i eligible for it

Yes, you are eligible. Usually master degree holders with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for M.Phil. Eligibility criteria may vary slightly with University. Admissions are usually done on the basis of entrance exams. Delhi University, LPU, etc offer M.Phil in commerce.

how many years will take for completion of MPhil? and how much amount we need to spent for Mphil course? kindly educate me.

i completed mcom from andhra university in the year 2002-2004.i want to do mphil in distance mode. plz explain how to approach to do this course. which universities offering this course in andhra pradesh.
