How to do Mechanical diploma in open university? I have completed ITI(Moto Mechanic)

I completed ITI(motor mechanic). I got a job in Singareni collieriers company Ltd. (Sccl) through employeement . So I want to continue my studies in Distence Education. I want to do Mech. Diploma in Open University. Which Open Universities consider in (Sccl) Singareni collieriers company Ltd.?
