If i want to be an assistant loco pilot in india.so which subject i will have to take after 12th?

well if Assistant Loco Pilot was your aim, then you are running late dear.

Eligibility Criteria is such that candidate must be Matriculation passed along with and Appentice course or better one is ITI in followings -

• Fitter
• Electrician
• Instrument Mechanic
• Mill Wright/ Maintenance Mechanic
• Mechanic Radio & T.V.
• Electronics Mechanic
• Mechanic Motor Vehicle
• Wireman
• Tractor Mechanic
• Armature & Coil Winder
• Mechanic Diesel
• Heat Engine
• Turner
• Machinist

However, candidate having Diploma in any of the followings are preferred-

• Mechanical Egnieering
• Electrical Egnieering
• Electronics Egnieering
• Automobile Egnieering

So, you have two options

1) Either opt for any of the above mentione ITI course, which will consume more 1-2 Years depending upon course.

2) Or opt for Diploma Engineering in any of the above mentioned stream which will take 3 years for completion.
