Applications are invited for the post of Non executive trainees in Indian Oil Corporation’s Barauni- Kanpur Pipeline division. Diploma holders in respective subjects with 55% marks are eligible to apply. Selection procedure includes written test and personal interview.
Eligibility Criterion

Candidates who have the following educational qualifications are eligible to apply for the below mentioned posts in Indian Oil Corporation.

Engineering Assistant (Mechanical): Those who have completed 3 years full time diploma courses in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering from a Government recognized institute are eligible to apply for this post. They are required to secure a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate so as to be eligible. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe are required to have a mere pass in qualifying examination.

Engineering Assistant (Electrical): Candidates who have completed 3 years full time diploma program in Electrical Engineering from any institute recognized by Government of India are eligible to apply. They should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate for qualification. Reserved category candidates require a mere pass for being eligible.

Line Inspection Attendant:Candidates who have completed matriculation/ SSLC along with full time course from any Industrial Training Institute recognized by Government of India are eligible to apply. They are required to have 2 years full time Provisional National Trade Certificate or National Trade Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training in any of the below mentioned subjects.

Age Restrictions

Candidates who have completed a minimum of 18 years of age are only eligible to apply. Upper age limit is 26 years at the time of application. Candidates who are belonging to reserved categories can avail relaxation up to 5 years as per the norms issued by Government of India. Physically challenged candidates can avail relaxation up to 10 years.

Application Procedure

Candidates who are interested to apply for the above mentioned posts are required to pay Rs. 100/- as application fee. Fee payment can be done by taking a demand draft in favor of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Pipelines Division) payable at State Bank of India, Barauni Refinery Campus Branch. Reserved category candidates are exempted from fee payment. Fully filled in application along with details of fee payment should be sent to the organization within stipulated time.
