how to M.S.C. in IIT after completing B.sc...please tell me how to do it

hello,
master degree in IIT admission requires:-

Eligibility Criteria: B.Sc.from any recognized university with

1. Chemistry
2. Mathematics
3. Physics
Duration – Full Time (1½ - 3 yrs)
qualification:- with an aggregate of 50% marks for SC/ST/PH
candidate must possess 55% marks in aggregate

Being B.Sc course candidate your eligible to apply for M.Sc course. If your Interested to get admission for M.Sc in IIT, then you should be qualified in JAM Entrance Examination. Based on the Score in JAM Entrance Examination you may get admission for M.Sc Course in IIT. The Applicant who are interested to get admission in M.Sc in IIT must satisfy the below criteria,

The Applicant should be qualified in B.Sc course or equivalent course in relevant specialization minimum 55% percentage of marks from recognized university and relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST and OBC category candidates up to 5% percentage of marks. The Applicant should be qualified in JAM (Joint Admission Test for Management) Entrance Examination to get admission for M.Sc IIT course. If you have satisfied the above criteria then your eligible to get admission for M.Sc in IT course.
