How to do Ph.D after completing M.Lib from Kum University
sir i have done my mlib from kum.universty in 2005 now i want to do phd how could i do phd , is it coumpulsory to pass an entrance exam

Sir myself parveen ..i have done.blib from bundelkhand university with76%..and selected for bronze madl.in 2011.and have done m.libwith71% from lovely proff.university..now i want to do ph.d frim kurukshetra univ.pls tell me how i apply?when??
