In which website forms for entrance exam BBA by Govt. colleges are available and last date for submission

Which BA (H) degree will be good , it is BA in Philosophy or BA in Sociology .As I have to continue my education from Kolkata with minimum investment .
And I also have to get jobs as fast as possible
