Yes, you are eligible to pursue LLB course after T.Y B.Com.
LLB stands for Bachelor of Law and candidate have to appear and qualify in entrance examination for final selection. The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree with minimum 50% and relaxation for reserved category.
