You can register your self with ICSI for executive level as you are graduates .

This is distance education course and has centers all over India.

Admission is open through out the year.

So ,Basically there are 3 stages in CS Course

• FOUNDATION
• EXECUTIVE
• FINAL

Executive Program Subjects

1. General and Commercial Laws
2. Company Accounts, Cost and Management Accounting
3. Tax Laws
4. Company Law
5. Economic and Labour Laws
6. Securities Laws and Compliance


Examinations of the course are conduct twice a year in may and june.

After clearing all level you have to under go a compulsory 15 month training for membership of Indian Company Secretary Institute (ICSI ) .
