If i will passed in which semester am I admitted after passing AIEEE exam?

hi divyanand,

The eligibility for AIEEE exam is 12th pass with 60% where maths and physics must be your optional sub.

So if you pass the AIEEE exam you have to admit for BE/BTECH programmes in which you will be from the first semester itself.

There are two semester in one year.

I think you are asking about the lateral entry. If not then let me tell you that if you pass then you will be surely admitted to 1st semester.

whereas if you answer AIEEE after your diploma then wont be admitted to 3rd semester. Instead you will be admitted to 1st sem.

If you will pass in AIEEE entrance exam, then you will be admited in 1st year in 1st sam .

You will be get into 1st semester either you are 12th pass candidate or diploma candidate..as

unlike other colleges diploma candidates also enter into first semester and

12th pass student also into 1st semester

so their is no confusion in any regards about semester as both the cases you will be in 1st semester itself!!

When you passed the AIEEE entrance exam then you called for counselling.

And In Counselling you choose the college & branch, where you want to take admission.

And you get admission in 1st semester (1st year) after passing the AIEEE entrance exam.

AIEEE is an entrance exam for admission in Engg. Colleges in B.E./B.Tech course . So you are admitted in first semester

If you want to go in Lateral Entry in B.Tech then you should give exams Like SEE

After passing exam you will be admitted to first semister & their are total 8th semesters in B.Tech.

After passing LEET(for polytechnic students) you will be entered in Third semester

First of all you will give AIEEE exam after HSC only.Therefore if we go to engineering by passing HSC, we got admission in first semester only.Therefore if you passing AIEEE exam with good marks then you got admission in first semester only.

After cracking AIEEE you will get admission in first semester .For your kind information i want to inform you that there are total 8 semester in B.Tech education. it means there are 2 semester in one year.
for successfully completing your B.Tech you need to clear all semester.

If you have done +2 (non-medical) then:

After giving AIEEE Exam and getting good score ,you can easily get admission to B.Tech/B.E (first semester).you can not go to 3rd semester directly by giving AIEEE Entrance test.

But if you have done polytechnic ,then:

give the exam of LEET ,and get good score and you can easily get admission in B.Tech/B.E
(3rd Semester).

Surely you will be admitted to the 1st semester itself........

If your a 12th pass out with PCM stream then you will be admitted in the First year,First semester.

The case is same even if you belong to Diploma stream.Through lateral entry scheme you can get a direct entry for the second year i.e colleges which are under Universities (affiliated by the Universities).But you cannot join to the third Semester directly for Universities.

If you pass AIEEE then you will get admission in to the 1st semester itself. I think there is no chance of any doubt about this.
AIEEE is conducted for admission to B.E/B.Tech and B.Arch and Planning Courses at undergraduate Level.

dear friend,
after passing the exam of AIEEE, you will get admission in first year and in first semester only. it is for diploma holders that they can get admission directly to second year and in third semester and for that their exam is also different.

Your query is not clear.After AIEEE you will get admission in the first semester as per the regular exam.However you will be in third semester if you consider AIEEE after your diploma.

You will do the fisrst semester after taking admission.
