Re: How to get domicile certificate for my son in Maharashtra?
See, for domicile certificate the basic requirement is high school certificate. This is because the government assumes that if a child has completed his/her high school from a particular place, then he/she is a resident of that place.
Since according to the information given by you, you are staying at Nagpur for about 13 years and you son is presently in 12th, that means he has completed his 10th from Nagpur only. So, there should not be any problem for his domicile certificate. High school certificate serves purpose for most of the things so you need not to worry about your son's domicile certificate. |

Re: How to get domicile certificate for my son in Maharashtra?
My daughter has completed her 6-10th std from pune maharashtra. But is now completing her 12th from goa. I and my wife both were born in maharashtra & my wife has has done her college and schooling from maharshtra. We have been recognised in obc category from the government of maharshtra. So does my daughter come under maharshtra state candidates or under other state candidates? If yes then how do i get a domicile certificate of maharshtra?
