Is domicile certificate is required to get into professional colleges after 12th std? I've been born and brought up in Maharashtra


I have been residing in Maharashtra for over 40 yrs. My husband is working abroad and is not a resident of Maharashtra. My daughter was born and brought up in Maharashtra. She is now in XII. Will she need a domicile certificate to into professional college after XII? Since her father is not a resident of Maharashtra, will her mother's domicile be accepted?

what is require for making domicile certificate in maharashtra (gramin)area ,if residing for last 30 years?

I am from AP and staying in Maharashtra from the past 23years - My wife is born broughtup from Mumbai. currently we are in Pune for the past 8years, (earlier in Mumbai). My daughter is born in Mumbai and currently in12th std -
Will she require domicile certificate to pursue engineering in Pune/Maharashtra colleges ? Pls advise-
Also kindly guide how to get this certificate.
