how to get form of 11th of commerce of chs school varanasi?

Following were the dates for you information

Class: 6, 9, 11
Date of form distribution: 1 April – 30 April 2013
Date of form submission: 2 April – 30 April 2013
Time: 2 PM – 4 PM
Venue: Central Hindu Girls School, Gurubagh

since the dates are already over, you may take admission in any other school or you can wait for a year.

I would advice you to go for any other school as it would save you a year.
