To get a job after completion of your B.Tech course, you have to participate in the off-campus placement drives conducted by the various companies. You should have good Aptitude, Technical and Communication skills to qualify all the rounds of the recruitment process to get a job. If you are interested to do MS course in Abroad, you have to appear in TOEFL/ IELTS examinations and submit your test score reports to the Abroad universities where you wish to pursue your MS course.
