It is very hard to find job in core companies because in India there is not much jobs for electronics branch. You can try your luck in the silicon valley Bangalore.
Also, apply for the core jobs on the online job portals.

Alternatively you can check for the job vacancies and eligibility in the careers section of the official website of that particular company. If you find a matching job profile of your need you can apply for the same then and there. You will get a notification mail if you get shortlisted for the job.
