How to get a job as physiotherapy in Air force?

respected ....sir.......i am doing my bechlors in physiotheraphy but my institiute is not well knowned...but i am really very desirable to getting job in army as physiotherapist....can you please guide me about the way......how i get job in army or should i doing masters from a well knowned institiute to get job....plz..plz....reply:-)
