How to get a job in PSU after completing diploma in computer science and engineering?


i have completed my diploma in comp sci & engg in 2010 from up... i got a job in a psu. i m working in bangalore now.
now i want to do BE, though my residence is not in Karnataka so i can't go for bangalore university.
so plz tell me which college/university i should prefer with continuation of my job for BE..
