[sir i pursuing b.tech final year in information technology i want jobs in govt. sector please tell me how to get the government jobs.

Dear friend,

There are few opportunities for a software engineer in the Govt sector. The private sector actually flourishes with software technology.

Though there are less scopes,you can avail them if you work hard for them. Every year through the UPSC exams,IAS/IES graduate engineers are being recruited by the Govt. You can apply for these exams.

As these exams are based on all India you have to go through tough competition. Other than that central public services like railways,banking etc also have requirement of software engineers as technical assistants.

Keep your eyes on daily newspapers and the internet when the publication of advertisement of such Govt jobs come out. According to that apply for these exams.
