i hav secured 20.67 marks in gate 2013 and am from obc its cut off is 23.33 .do i hav chance to get mtech seat

Scorring 20.is not illigible for m tech admission.so you have to attend your state level exam for m tech.if you score well then you may get the chances to admit into m tech.but under gate you are not eligible to admit into m tech in any of college.if you want to qulify gate then keep your work harder and harder.and surely you must click next time.all the very best
