Yes sir,you can try for IAS after your BBM because you fullfil the elligibilitycriteria for the exam,.You should be minimum graduate in any discipline to sit for this exam,with minimum of 21 tears to 30 years of age.For preexam 2 papers are there General studies and One optional subject like Indian History,Management,Physics,Chemistry,Botany,Zoolog y,Mathamatics,Phisioloy.sociology etc..In main paper one will be a language and next will be the subject of your choice .Final is personal Interview,that will be takenby Board members .!
