You can get IAS question papers from various sources like Internet or Books

For example I will list some books from where you can get previous question papers

This book is for General Studies :



This Book is for Geography :



Question papers for Mains



Regarding Optional :

As your First Optional Subject is Political Science
Now you can select a subject like Public Administration or Psychology because it will help when you actually get on to the service.

if you want something different then you can go for optional's like Mathematics or Commerce or any Engineering subjects.

but select some thing which is highly scoring like Geography or Mathematics and also look at the optional subject which will look and be easy for preparation, remembering and also interesting.

So you have to look at many things before deciding the final optional subject .
Be careful take maximum no. of advises.

There is a book called vishal publication you can got in that one book last 20 years previous years question papers of upsc prelims and mains. If you take political science as a optional then you dont need to choose another subject as a optional because for upsc there is only one optional subject to have to choose.
