how to increase the concentration during studying and memory during reading something

you can do meditation...
like chanting of "OM"
just close your eyes and with the center of your forhead try to concentrate on a single thing (it may be anything like GOD,or anything which you love to see)....do this for atleast 5 minutes when you feel bore....you will feel like you are in different world somebody is snatching you from all the tensions...after doing this you will definately feel good.
