Yes, you can definitely join CBI. Like any other department, CBI also has various openings but since you are a graduate from a non-science background, you can not join the technical department. In such case, you may write Combined Graduate Level Exam conducted by staff selection commission. By qualifying the exam, you will be appointed as an Sub-Inspector in CBI department.
To write the exam, you must be within the age limit of 20-25 years.
There is no percentage criteria to write the exam. hence, having qualified your bachelors degree program with IInd division, you are eligible to write the exam.
The selection process comprise of two stage of written exam and an interview.

You can join CBI after graduation as the positions offers are mostly officers level. Read Employment newspaper for any recruitment in CBI. The CBI is controlled by the Ministry of Personnel headed by the Union Minister who reports directly to the Prime Minister of India.

Qualifying Exam
Candidates who wish to join the CBI must write the Union Public Service Commission Examination.

Eligibility:
1. Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks are eligible to appear for this exam.
2. They must be at least 20 years at the time of applying. SC/ST/OBC candidates must be at least 30 years when they apply.
3. The candidates who qualify in the written test will be later called for a Physical Test and Interview.
