You can join private sector companies through on campus /off campus selections. GE, ABB Limited, etc often conducts campus placements for fresh engineers. You can join public sector companies by qualifying GATE. Companies like BHEL, BEL, etc often recruits candidates on the basis of GATE. NTPC, IOCL, etc also offer adequate career opportunities.
