With first class mark you can apply for engineering trainee in government as well as private firms. Firms like BHEL, SAIL recruits engineers as management trainees. Most of these firms consider GATE score for recruitment. Apart from this, you can seek employment in private firms as junior engineer. You can apply to these through official website of these firms. Selection procedure will be based on screening test and interview.
