i want to join ISRO after doing AIEEE.Is it possible to join it.What efforts I have to take?

yes it is possible to join in ISRO...

IN ISRO...They take you skydiving. When you jump out of the plane, you have a parachute and a bottle of cola.

Your job is to put on the parachute while you are falling, making sure that all the straps are correctly fastened, drink the cola, and pee into the bottle, before pulling the ripcord. Note that you cannot let go of the bottle as you are putting on the parachute.
(You also have to keep your thumb over the bottle afterward to prevent the urine from spilling out.) If you do all that and survive, you get let in to the astronaut program....

ISRO Admission 2013: Indian Institute of
Space Science & Technology (IIST)
is Asia's first Space Institute and first in the world to offer the complete
range of undergraduate, post graduate, doctoral programmes with specific focus
to space science, technology and applications.

IIST
has issued the notification of admission to Undergraduate programmes (B.Tech) for the year 2013 is based on the
All India Rank List which is to be prepared and published for the year 2013 by
Central Board of Secondary Education. The rank list is based on 40% of
normalised score in Class 12th and 60% of score in the Joint
Entrance exam JEE 2013.

After 12th B.Tech: IIST offers B.Tech Programmes in three streams:

B.Tech in Avionics.

B.Tech in Physical Science
