Hi. I am a student of BSC-IT (3rd year) I have passed 10+2 in non medical with 78% marks. I want to join ISRO .please guide me the procedure through which i have to go to join ISRO. What should i do, which diploma or which Degree. Please let me know the path

well coming to your question how you want to join in to isro is the main thing if you want to join into isro as an engineer or technical assistant

isro is conducting the exam for intake of junior engineer and for technical assistant it is conducting direct interviews

for exam you should regularly follow the employment news which is magazine like

for technical assistant job you should check for the column which will appear regularly in the website of isro www.isro.gov.in

Procedure to join ISRO: -

1. Written exam
2. Group Discussion
3. Interview

Eligibility for ISRO: -

1. Pass B.E. or B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engg. or Mechanical Engg. or aeronautical engineering or Computer Science Engg. or Chemical Engg. or Electrical Engg. with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks from a recognized Institute / University.

2. Nationality - Indian

3. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

NOTE: - A candidates appearing in the final year can also apply.

minimum 65% marks in engineering is require to join in ISRO.

age limit 21-29.

yes you can join for under graduation course

in following programs..
B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering
B.Tech. in Avionics
B.Tech. in Physical Sciences

exam fee:-

GEN/OBC male candidates: Rs.600

SC/ST/PD and all female candidates: Rs.300

you have to choose PCM to become astronaut..
(physics, mathematics, chemistry )
but remember to secure aggregate more then 70%, as it's compulsory...

ISAT is conducted by The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), University (Deemed)

How to make it to ISRO

Hi friend,

See, firstly make clear that , ISRO is a very huge organization , It requires each and every kind of persons for different works.so,its not like "which degree is required?"

so,
First decide that , what kind of work , you want to do there.

For recruitment in each post they follow following procedure/Path:-

-They give notification in all leading newspaper nationwide,keep eye on them

-Submit your application with them

-They will arrange objective type exam for all shortlisted candidates,do perform well in them

-For those who qualify in above exam will be called for interview.

-Subsequently , you will be offered the job.
