After 12th Indian Navy can be joined through NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance Exam conducted by UPSC twice every year for an entry in to Indian Army, navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate aspiring to join Indian Navy of NDA, must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Health.

The NDA can be applied through on line only by paying requisite fee for the exam.

The selection is through written exam, personal Interview, Physical Fitness and finally through Medical Test.

To join Indian Navy one has to crack the NDA entrance exam conducted by UPSC.

The eligibility for NDA exam is :

1] A candidate should be the citizen of India .
2] A candidate should be unmarried Male .
3] A candidate should have completed 12th with Physics and Maths subjects ,
4]A candidate should be 16 1/2 to 19 years of age
There is no age relaxation .

So my friend as you have mentioned that you are 19+ , so I am very sorry to inform you that you are not eligible for NDA entrance exam.

In order to join Indian Navy, you have to crack NDA Exam which is being conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.

The candidates are eligible to make entry into the following defence services by cracking this exam.
Army wing
Navy wing
Air Force wing

Here is the eligibility criteria required for the candidates in order to appear for this exam.

One should have completed 12th class with any of the stream from a recognized college in order to apply for Army wing.
But if the candidate wants to join Navy and Air Force wings, it is must that the candidate should have completed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects.

The required age criteria for candidates should be 16 1/2 years to 19 years.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to appear for this exam.

The complete selection procedure would involve
Written Test
Interview
Medical Test

As you have already completed 19 years of age, you are no more eligible to appear for NDA Exam.

So, I suggest you to complete your Graduation with Mathematics and Physics subjects and try to crack CDS Exam.

Then you will be eligible to join Indian Naval Academy.
