NTPC is the National Thermal Power Corporation

This is one of the top PSU's i.e Public Sector Undertaking companies which are companies which function under the government of India.

To get a job in NTPC you need to satisfy the following criterion-
>>you should be an Indian citizen
>>your age should be between 21-27 years
>>you should have a a B.E/B.Tech degree in electrical or mechanical or civil or electronics engineering.
>>you need to have a minimum aggregate of 65% or equivalent score in engineering.

to apply for a job in NTPC you need to appear for the GATE exam.
you need to get a very high rank in the GATE exam to be eligible to apply for a job in NTPC.
