Dear Sir,

I have completed M.Phil Chemistry(2010) and received the university first rank (GOLD MEDAL) from Pondicherry University. Sir I would like to join Ph.D for I want to apply for DST-INSPIRE FELLOWSHIP. But I have doubt whether the M.Phil Degree will eligible for DST-INSPIRE FELLOWSHIP or not ? Please help me if you know the answer.
