i want to know how one can be a part of RAW?

Please tell me the procedure

There is no direct way to join RAW [Research and Analysis Wing].
High ranking officers with excellent track record from Military and IPS [Indian Police Service] are sent on deputation to work with RAW.

There is no direct recruitment exam for RAW [Research and Analysis Wing] which serves under Ministry of Home Affairs. High ranking serving members of Military ranks and IPS [Indian Police Service] officers are deputed to RAW for certain period.

hi,there are few ways to join RAW:
1) you can join through armed forces army, airfore, navy n all the other special forces in it. 2) Through civil services like IPS, IFS n so on.being an IPS officer u can join in CBI, RAW n can remain in state police services.Its your choice.
3)If u r a civilian u need a high level recommendation, even through u get in u probably find desk jobs. Its better to enter RAW through IPS...so check out UPSC related website for the exams n requirements.you must put a great hard work to pass these exams n interview.

--but if you are a civilian u need to have a high level recommendation..

For getting into CRPF... SSC conducts exams as per the requirement...
the nxt exam for CRPF is on 27-5-2012....
fill up the online registration in www.ssconline.in and pay Rs 100/- in SBI as a exam fee for CRPF andu wil also have to upload ur scanned passport size photo & signature.

Apply ASAP if the regisration date have not over.

Looks like, RAW doesn't need aspiring people..
Thousand of people are looking for it. But, only those who are in Armed forces or at high positon can apply for this..
But, Respected sir..
Please give us a chance to prove us and serve for the nation..
There are lot of Computer Engineer's who will work as an Cyber security.

Please be aware that RAW recruits is more of a community then a clan and as such it is not necessary to join RAW to be a part of this community, you already have access to most of the facilities we have to offer.

However, if you wish to wear the [RaW] tag in game, then you must be seen as taking an active part in our community. This means regularly playing in our servers, posting in our forum and joining us on our Mumble voice server.

Please note that you must be aged 16 or over to join RAW, as most of the games we play have at least, either an ESRB M (Mature) or a 16+ PEGI rating. However, there are no age restrictions for joining the forum, just the clan.

raw is a very secretive and important agency. unlike the intelligence bureau it handles external security which is matters related to war and cross border terrorism. like the nsg commandos in the country raw requires professionals and that is why selection is confined to army and police force. for all the graduates and people who are doing their graduation courses and want to serve the country here are some options
1. cpf exams (central police force) you will be able to join cisf, crpf, etc. you start as a deputy supriendent. promotional aspects are also good.
2. upsc:the most toughest exam in the country. but if you pass it sky is the limit. you can join the field of your choice. you can join cbi and ib directly but raw depends upon your performance. personally this is the best option and visit upsc.gov.in for further information and google to learn more about the exam.

If , you want to join RAW you can crack UPSC exam

RAW stands for Research and Analysis Wing.

RAW comes under IB(Intelligence Bureau).

Not only RAW but also CID and CBI are come under IB.

ELIGIBILITY for RAW ;

You must completed degree with 60%

You must have 165 Cm height

Your age must be in between 21 to 30 years

Selection process:

RAW prefers the persons in technical or scientific field.My Suggestion is better to prepare Civil Service Examination-2013 to get oppurtunity to RAW...

RAW (Research and Analysis Wing),an another name is R&AW,is a external intelligence agency of Indian Government.it is a secret department.RAW is an independent agency.It means, the agency work in its own way and it works under prime minister office . The information interchanged between PMO & RAW, are highly confidential .
Recruitment & Jobs in RAW :- Generally RAW ( Research and Analysis Wing ) does not recruit candidates directly; They recruit candidates from other government departments in India ( Armed forces, Intelligence Agencies, Police Services, Administrative Services etc. ) . Most of the personnel are from IB ( Intelligence Bureau ) .Few days back candidates who got selected in UPSC exam, were offered jobs in RAW.If you are thinking that only secret agents work there, then you are wrong, As RAW is a organization so there is a need of every thing just like a simple office; There is a need of clerks, stenographers, analyst, desk officer, accountants, admin officer etc.
So,the choice is yours.

For joining R.A.W you have to join Indian Army first.
You can join Indian Army after passing 12th or passing graduation with any stream.

After passing 12th you have to qualify the N.D.A exam.
Age limit for B.D.A exam is 16.5-19 year.

After passing graduation you have to qualify the C.D.S exam for joining Indian Army.
Age limit or C.D.S exam is 19-24 year.

After joining that you will have to qualify an interview after that you can join R.A.W.
