I am in last year of computer engg and want to know how to make a complete and professional resume as required by IT companies,

There are quite a few formats for resumes which are available in the net. You should begin with mentioning your name. Thereafter in smaller font mention you address, phone and email Id. Since you are a fresher you should have an objective. Objective in life is what is ultimate goal you would like to have in your career. There after mention your education qualification in a tabular form with marks and the institute from where you pursued the same. Since you are from engineering background you should mention your projects done. You should also mention the programs you are comfortable in. Finally you can give your family background.
