How many chances can we avail to get into AFMC and AIIMS after class-12

Hello

As far as I know there is no limitation in number of attempts in AFMC and AIIMs. However there is an age limit in age in AFMC. The minimum age is 17 and upper age is 22. So if you cross 22 Years then you wont be eligible for the exam.

For AIIMS there is not limit for upper age however the candidate must be minimum 17 years of age.

The student must get 60% in his 12th standard

Hello friend,

AFMC and AIIMS are one of the top medical institutions in the country.
In this exam, there is no such maximum no. of attempts. You can attempt as much as you want if your age comes under the prescribed one i,e 17 to 22 years of age.

Don't worry ,there are no limitation of number of attempts in these exams. you can appear many times you want. Only limitation is in terms of Age in AFMC.your age must not be lesser than 17 years and greater than 22 years.if your age is between 17-22, you can appear as many times you want,if you fulfills the other eligibility criteria.However there is no such limit in AIIMS.

For fulfilling the eligibility criteria you must have got atleast 60% in class 12th with physics,chemistry,biology and english must.

There are no limitation as far as number of attempts are concerned. you can appear as many times you want . there is only limitation in AFMC and that too in terms of Age. your age must lie between 17 and 22 for appearing in AFMC .

There is no any limitation regarding age in AIIMS .so you can appear as many times as possible in AIIMS.

there is no chance limitation in AFMC or in AIIMS.

so you may try again and again until you cross age limitation. you may appear in these examination when your age between 17 to 22. after that you will not be eligible to appear in the examination.


the marks criterion is you should have minimum of 60% marks in 10th and 12th to appear in AIIMS and AFMC.

student can give examination as many times.
The percentage criterion is minimum 60% (in XIIth) in aggregate aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.


& min.age:17yrs.

so mark on these facts & get it..

there is no limit for the attempts of the exam.

AIIMS & AFMC doesn't have any limitations to Attempt for writing these Exams like AIEEE & IIT do have this criteria.

In AIIMS you can write this Exam any number of time till you Don't cross your age as specified by AIIMS prospectus.

As Criteria says A guy who is writing This Exam must Check her/his Age which is greater than 17 and not more that 22 years.

Same goes to AFMC too.

AFMC Do not have Attempt Limit system , you can give any number of times.

For aiims

lower age limit is 17 years and no upper limit

For afmc

1. 12 students - 17-22 years

2. bsc final year 17-23 years

sir, as u answered der is no limitation of attempts for afmc ,aiims like exams but i have seen in the prospectous no candidate is permitted to compete for more than two times at the competitive examination like afmc,aiims.if anycandidate appered more than 2 his/her application will be cancled during counselling.so its confusing is aiims said for open attempt or just its a myth.

2 years age relaxation for those candidates who have passed out or appeared in the final exam of B.Sc.

In Armed Forces Medical College(AFMC) Entrance Examinations There is no Limitations In Number Of Attempts.

But, There Are AGE Limit , For AFMC Exams Your age Must Be in between17 years to 22 years.

And for All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS) Entrance Examinations There is no Limitations In Number Of Attempts.

But, There Are no AGE Limit , For AIIMS Exams Your minimum age Must Be in 17 years There is no upper age limit.


If You have 60% Aggregate Marks in 10+2 th Standard with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Then You can go for AIIMS Entrance Exams.
