MAT(Management Aptitude Test) is conducted by AIMA.

In order to appear in this exam you will required :-
>>Graduation pass out in any stream from recognized university.

NOTE:-

>>There is no age limit to appear in this exam.
>>There is no minimum marks required for appearing in this exam.

Thus there is no limitation for appearing in this exam.

The questions will be asked from the following sections:-

>>Language comprehension.
>>Mathematical skills.
>>Data Analysis and sufficiency.
>>Intelligence and Critical Reasoning.
>>Indian and Global Environment.

Total number of questions will be 200.
Total time will be 1 hours and 50 minutes.

INFORMATION ON MAT - Management Aptitude Test

This is an All India Entrance Examination which is conducted by the AIMA - All India Management Association to select candidates from around the country.
This exam is conducted 4 times in a year i.e in the months of February, May, September and December.

If you wish to sit for this exam, then the minimum Eligibility Criteria to apply for it is you must be a graduate in ANY subject or final year appearing from any recognized or registered University in India. There is no age limit as such..

As you may know that recently the MAT 2012 Dec Exam was conducted and concluded, but for your INFORMATION I MUST TELL YOU, YOU CAN GIVE MAT EXAM as many time as you want.. There is no limit for the same.

Exam pattern is both Offline and Online. There would be 200 questions and 150 minutes. You have to attempt as much as you can. 1 mark would be awarded for a right choice and .25 marks would be deducted for a wrong one. Also its parts are : Intelligence, Date Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Maths, and General Awareness.

MAT - MANAGEMENT APTITUDE TEST conducted by AIMA(All Indian Management Association) for admission to 2 years post Graduation MBA(Master of Business Administration) course in MAT recognised MBA Institutions.

The eligible candidate applying for MAT, must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University. There is no upper age limit for application to MAT.

MAT can be appeared as many as times a candidate wishes as there is no restriction to the number of attempts.

There are no limit for the number of attempt in the MAT examination.

MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test.
It is a National Entrance Test conducted by All India Management Aptitude Testing Service (AIMATS).
This test is conducted 4 times in a year,generally in the months of February,May,September,December.

To be eleigible to appear in MAT,you should:-
1.Either have completed your graduation from any stream from a recognised university.
2.Or you should be in your final year of your graduation.

The questions asked in MAT are from the following sections:-
1.Language Comprehension.
2.Mathematical Skills.
3.Data Analysis and Sufficiency.
4.Intelligence and Critical Reasoning.
5.Indian and Global Environment.

There are many Institutes in India which accept MAT score for admission in MBA course but among them,the prominent B-Schools are:-

So,in order to get admission in a top College through MAT score,you need to score very good marks in this exam,
however the exam is not so tough as CAT or GMAT and the competition is also less.So,the chances of success is more.

The Examination is conducted four times in a year during the month of February , May , September and December .

The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University .Final year student in any undergraduate can also apply.

There is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation which is different for different management institutes and universities.
