Your age now in 18 years old.So i think you are applicable in NDA I exam in 2013 .After that you are not eligible for NDA exam because in this time your age is over 19 years old.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy and this examination is conducted by UPSC Twice in a year for the Recruitment of Army, Naval and Air Force Wings .

If you have completed 12th standard from science background then you are applicable for all post conducted by NDA .But commerce and Arts stream are applicable only Indian army post.Final year of 12th standard candidate are also applicable.

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years old.You must be unmarried male candidate and you have citizenship of India.

Selection process for NDA exam are written Test, Physical Test ,Medical Test and Personal Interview.So you can prepare all round .

You can appear for only 1 time for NDA exam if you are 18 years old now as the eligibility criteria for the same is as under-

1. Candidates who are appearing for the NDA exam must be unmarried males.

2. They must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years on January 1st or July 1st of the year subsequent to the year of the exam.

3. Candidates who desire to join the Army wing of the NDA must have a pass in class 12 or its equal from any subject stream. The certification must be from a recognized board or university. Those who aspire to join the Naval Wing and the Air Force must have a pass in class 12 in science.

2) The candidate's age should be between 16.5 to 19 years only
3) The candidate must be an Unmarried Male candidate
4) The candidate must be a citizen of india


So, you have to satisfy the eligiblity criteria of the NDA EXAM to apply for it

This exam will conducts by UPSC twice in every year

Generally , The Notification for the exam will Releases in the months of April and October


Selection process : -

1) Written exam
2) SSB Interview
3) Medical test



Exam Syllabus : -

1) General Ability - 600 marks
2) Maths - 300 marks

If you are 18yrs then you can give NDA a maximum of 2 times till you are under 19yrs.

You should have passed 12th standard to be eligible.
You must be a citizen of india,and you cannot maary untill you have completed your training.
If you marry between the training,you will be liable to return the money spent on you by government.

NDA (NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY )exam , this exam you can appear for only one time because your age is 18 years & for NDA EXAM age limit is up to 16.5 to 19 years , so yes you can appear for only one time.

UPSC conducts the examination twice in a year. There are medical and physical standards to be met for joining the Indian Army. Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the higher secondary examination and atleast, have 40% in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English. During the time of admission, he should be 17 1/2 years and must not be over 23 years of age. After or during the +2 tenure, interested candidates need to write NDA Exam for the Army wing of National Defense Academy.
