you may see the frequently asked question given in the following link http://www.tnpsc.gov.in/recruitment-faq.pdf As far as number of attempts are concerned, nothing has been mentioned. however, your minimum age should be 18 and maximum age depends on group exam you apply. ( relaxation in age as per the government norms ) All the best
