hello hemant,
This information is as such not available at this point of time, as (IR) Indian railways has not published it yet. Secondly, IR request application for various post like inspector/sub-inspector, constables etc and each zone (East/west/north/south/central) comes up with its own requirements separately. Like Northeast Frontier Railway Constable Recruitment cell 2009 had 1109 posts for constables only. Hope this helps!
