i am anna gonsalves and i am from goa. m presently doing my t.y.bcom and i want to enter into the custom officer department. so cn u please tel me what should i do
1) what is the age criteria
2) as m from goa is there any entrance exam held in goa or if not then were shud i go to answer it.
3) is there any institution to apply who offeres this courses.
i am pretty much interested in this post of custom officer so can u please help me to get the proper information of the custom officer provide me with the details and the centers...thank you

custom officer eligibility criteria:-

To become a custom officer you have to give an exam conducted by the UPSC.

To give this exam you should be a bachelor degree holder with minimum 55% marks at graduation level.

You should be between 19-25 years of age.

You should have the vehicle license and ability to work flexible schedules and you have the reliable transportation.

For the written test exam its very important to know the current affairs. That is why read as many journals, magazines and newspapers possible.
