How may I get a government job? I have done BCA from Kanpur University and currently pursuing MCA from Maharana Pratap Engineering college Kanpur which is affiliated to UPTU

Being a Post graduate, you find avenues in the government sector. If you are interested to go in to technical line, you need to apply for jobs in public sector companies like CDAC, BSNL, BEL, NTPC etc. Also you are eligible to become either a PO/Specialist Officer in nationalized banks. Career in academic area is another option which you can achieve by attending UGC NET exam. For this, you need to score 55% marks too. Jobs in Railways, Civil Services etc. are also available.
