B.Sc holders usually attend entrance test to join courses like M.Sc, MCA, or MBA. A minimum of 50% marks is required for admission to most of the courses. IIT JAM requires general category candidates to have at least 55% marks in B.Sc. In case of SC/ST candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50. For CAT and MCA entrance test, 50% marks in graduation is the basic qualification required. Detailed information on eligibility can be collected from the advertisement of the concerned entrance exam.
