n mainly which field in nit can i get?

Aieee is a standard exam which is conducted by CBSE every year. It is considered second best after IIT-JEE as far as engineering entrance exam is concerned.

It is very difficult to predict your rank at this part of time because it keep changing every year and it depends upon the performance of student. So, your ranking will depend on the performance of student this year. so, let's hope for the best.
Don't get pressurize as you will be informed if you cross the cut-off .

first of all congrates for such a good score.
your rank will be under 15000, and at this rank you can many good colleges.
don't be so sure with this rank, because as competition is increasing day by day, so no-one can give an exact no. BUt we can judge it on basis of previous year result.

Noo. 203 is a bit too less. it has to >310 to get into pilani(gud stream like mech). or 290 for goa.

but u might try for dual degree courses.

160-170 is a good marks out of 360 in AIEEE.
so be sure you will get a good rank.
your rank will be within 20,000.

my air rank in aieee is19400 and category rank is3661.which nit'scan i get in mechanical

your rank within 20000

YOU can expect rank in the range of 20000-30000.

you cannot get most demanded branches at reputed NITs but can get seats at other NITs....
